Velcro backing embroidery emblem for uniform is firstly made by computer controlled machine, then followed by manual treatment, such as bordering and backing.  We are able to develop artworks, computer digitized patterns, samples and finally complete products.
The surface treatment can be either full coverage stitching, or twill background with proportional stitching. The border can be merrowed border or heat cut border dependent on nature of design. Backing options range from hard backing, iron-on(glue) backing, self-adhesive backing, Velcro backing or no backing at all.
